Shipping Policy

At Present it is Birthdaywishesandmore shipping policy to ship throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean Islands only. This condition is temporary and it is likely to change in the near future.

Unless specified, customers are responsible for shipping charges including inland freight to departure port.  For USA and Canada customers, shipping charges will apply as advertised with items.

Once your goods have been dispatched, we will supply you with all the necessary documents that you require in order to facilitate speedy clearance of your consignment from customs at the destination port.

Customs duties and any / all other charges associated with the consignment including local transportation levied when the goods arrive at its destination port remains your responsibility. 

Customs Clearance

It is your responsibility to arrange clearance of your consignment at the destination port through a registered Customs Broker. 

We will fulfill all orders within seven working days and an email will be sent to you once your order is shipped. In the interest of good customer relations, we will keep you informed on a regular basis throughout the transaction and supply you with any tracking numbers that are issued by your courier.

Payment for Orders:

Birthdaywishesandmore accepts all major credit cards.

Please note that all cheques must be cleared by our bank before the goods are shipped.

Payment for your order and the freight charges must be made in advance of shipment and does not include customs charges.

Damaged Goods and return Policy

We will endeavor to deal with customers concerns as regards damaged goods in an expeditious way. However, we can only do so once we have received the damaged item / items from the customer or evidence of the damaged goods within 28days.

At Birthdaywishesandmore.com we give our customers the option of applying a credit to their account to the value of the damaged goods or have the goods replaced as soon as it is possible.
